First day of the rest of my life

I've chosen not to dwell on the past but will look forward to the future.

Up at 4:30 to watch news; I brewed Sumatra coffee. I like it strong. It's having a positive effect. The temperature in the house is 58°; chilly, but chill burns calories. It saves carbon too. I've become very green conscious in the past few years.

I'm waiting for it to warm up some, before exercise. I have equipment on my porch: 10, 15 and 25 pound dumbbells. This is upper body equipment. I do arm curls for the biceps of the arm. I lift my arms fully extended from the sides with the smaller weight. That works on the deltoid (upper arm and shoulder). I do "shrugs" with the 15 and 25 pound weights which strenthens the trapezius, the muscle that supports the neck. I lie down and bench press 10 and 15 pound weights to stregthen the pectoralis of the chest as well as the triceps of the arms.

This damn program won't let me insert graphics. I can't write messages without graphics!There's a graphics button but it makes a funny noise when I click on it ... nothing happens. I'm losing patience; AOL is so simple and graphics friendly.
